Specifications
Applicable Object: Other
Brand Name: Aideepen
EU LVD Voltage: Low voltage: Below 50Vac or 75Vdc
Module Features and Applications:
1. Enables high-frequency, rapid, and frequent circuit switching with unlimited switching cycles;
2. Switching process generates no noise, sparks, or electromagnetic interference;
3. Longer service life than conventional electromagnetic relays;
4. Dual MOSFET parallel active output design delivers lower internal resistance, higher current capacity, and robust power handling—10A/400W at room temperature—suiting most equipment requirements;
5. Commonly used to control motors, light bulbs, LED strips, DC motors, micro water pumps, solenoid valves, etc. This module enables effortless control of such devices.
Module Highlights:
1. Wide voltage operation (6~30V) accommodates most devices for exceptional convenience;
2. Clear, simple interface with powerful functionality—intuitive and versatile to meet nearly all requirements;
3. Features a one-touch emergency stop (STOP button) with reverse polarity protection—no burnout from incorrect wiring;
4. Includes sleep mode: after enabling, the display automatically turns off if no operation occurs within 5 minutes;
Wake up by pressing any button;
5. Supports configuring independent OP, CL, and LOP parameters, each stored separately;
6. All settings automatically save upon power loss.
Operating Modes:
P1 Mode: After signal trigger, relay conducts for OP time then disconnects. During OP time:
P1.1: Subsequent signal trigger is ignored.
P1.2: Subsequent signal trigger restarts timing.
P1.3: Subsequent signal trigger resets, relay disconnects, and timing stops.
P-2: Upon trigger signal, relay de-energizes for CL time, then energizes for OP time. After timing completes, relay de-energizes;
P3.1: Upon trigger signal, relay energizes for OP time, then de-energizes for CL time. Repeats this cycle. If signal reappears during cycle, relay de-energizes and stops timing. Cycle count (LOP) is configurable;
P3.2: After power-up, no trigger signal is required. The relay stays energized for the OP time, then de-energizes for the CL time. This cycle repeats. The number of cycles (LOP) can be set.
P-4: Signal Hold Function
If a trigger signal is present, the timer resets to zero and the relay remains energized. When the signal disappears, the relay de-energizes after the OP time. If another signal is received during the timer period, the timer resets to zero.
Product Specifications:
1: Operating Voltage: DC 6V–30V;
2: Trigger Signal Source: High-level trigger (DC 3.0V–24V). Signal ground and system ground are isolated to enhance anti-interference capability (can be shorted to common ground if desired).
3: Output Capability: DC 6V–36V, continuous current 15A at room temperature, power 400W! Under auxiliary cooling conditions, maximum current reaches 30A.
4: Quiescent Current: 15mA
5: Service Life: Unlimited switching cycles; Operating Temperature: -40°C to 85°C; Dimensions: 6.0 × 3.4 × 1.2 cm
6: Features optocoupler isolation for enhanced interference resistance. Industrial-grade PCB retains all configured parameters permanently after power loss.
Special Note:
The module provides active powered output. The output terminal (load side) voltage equals the input voltage (DC 5V–36V).
The ‘DC+’ and load ‘+’ terminals are internally shorted. However, the ‘DC-’ and load ‘-’ terminals must not be shorted during operation. Doing so will prevent load control (on/off), effectively leaving the load continuously powered.
Timing Range
0.1 seconds (minimum) to 999 minutes (maximum), continuously adjustable
How to Select Timing Range:
After setting parameters in the mode selection interface, briefly press the STOP button to select the timing range;
XXX. Decimal point at the ones place, timing range: 1 second to 999 seconds
XX.X: Decimal point at the tens place, timing range: 0.1 seconds ~ 99.9 seconds
X.X.X.: All decimal points lit, timing range: 1 minute ~ 999 minutes
For example, to set OP to 3.2 seconds, move the decimal point to the tens place. The display will show 03.2.
Parameter Description:
OP: On time, CL: Off time, LOP: Loop count (1–999 times; “---” indicates infinite loop)
These parameters are independent but shared across modes. For example, if OP is set to 5 seconds in P1.1, switching to P1.2 mode will retain OP as 5 seconds when configuring parameters in P1.2.
On the main screen (displaying 000), a short press of the SET key shows OP (CL, LOP) and their corresponding times XXX;
If a mode only has OP time (e.g., modes P1.1, P1.2, P1.3), a short press of SET displays only OP and its corresponding time;
If the mode includes OP, CL, and LOP (e.g., modes P3.1, P3.2), a short press of the SET key will display OP and its corresponding time, CL and its corresponding time, and LOP and its corresponding count.
After setting the mode, you can easily view the parameters set for the current mode by short-pressing the SET key on the main interface—very convenient!
How to Set Parameters:
1. First determine the relay's operating mode;
2. Based on the relay's operating mode, on the main interface (when the module powers on, it will briefly flash the current operating mode (default P1.1 mode), then enter the main interface), “press and hold the SET key for 2 seconds then release” to enter the mode selection interface. Use short presses of the UP and DOWN keys to select the mode to be set (P1.1~P-4) 3. After selecting the desired mode (e.g., P3.2), briefly press the SET key to configure corresponding parameters. The parameter to be set will flash (OP On Time, CL Off Time, LOP Loop Count (“---” indicates infinite loops)). Use UP/DOWN to adjust the parameter value, supporting long press (rapid increase/decrease) and short press (increase/decrease by 1 unit). After setting the parameter value, briefly press the STOP key to select the decimal point position and choose the timing range (corresponding time: 0.1 seconds to 999 minutes). Briefly press the SET key to set the next parameter for the current mode, following the same process as above;
4. After configuring all parameters for the selected mode, press and hold SET for 2 seconds then release. The current mode will flash briefly before returning to the main interface, confirming successful parameter setup—it's that simple!
Main Interface:
Displays “000” (no decimal point) when the relay is inactive.
Displays with a decimal point when the relay is active—very clear!
Mode Selection Interface:
Press and hold the SET button to enter.
Press and hold the SET button again to exit and return to the main interface—very simple!
STOP Button Function Extensions:
Relay Enable Mode:
1. ON: Relay permitted to activate during OP conduction time;
2. OFF: Relay prohibited from activating, remains deactivated at all times;
Briefly press the STOP button on the main interface to toggle between ON and OFF. The current state will flash before returning to the main interface. (This serves as an emergency stop function, instantly disconnecting a closed relay)
Sleep Mode:
1. C-P Sleep Mode: If no operation occurs within five minutes, the display automatically turns off while the program continues running normally;
2. O-d Normal Mode: The display remains on at all times;
Press and hold the STOP button for 2 seconds to toggle between C-P and O-d states. The current state will flash before returning to the main interface.
