This flyback isolated module features a 3-42V wide input range, capable of step-up or step-down conversion to 5V/12V, ±5V/±12V outputs. It incorporates built-in output short-circuit protection to prevent module burnout. Reserved pads for the AMS1117 series and 78L05 series LD0 are provided, enabling applications requiring more stable LD0 outputs. When paired with LD0, it can also output 3.3V/1.8V to power low-voltage devices such as microcontrollers.

The module features a half-hole gold-plated design. To facilitate LD0 pad reservation during PCB layout, users may cutout the LD0 soldering area on the bottom layer.

Important Notes:

1. When input voltage exceeds 28V, exercise extreme caution regarding thermal shock risks during powered-up operation. Mechanical switches may generate transient voltage spikes exceeding twice the supply voltage during switching, posing a risk of module damage. Avoid powering up with a load directly connected.

2. This module features output overload protection. When the load exceeds the rated range, the system automatically shuts off the output. At this point, measuring the output voltage will show 0V, indicating a normal protective state. The module remains undamaged and will resume normal operation once the overload is removed. Customers can use it with confidence.

3. For isolated positive/negative voltage outputs, when LD0 output is not selected, heavy loading on one side may cause the opposite side's output voltage to rise. For example, with a positive 12V output loaded at 450mA, the corresponding no-load negative voltage is -13.41V. Users should be aware of this behavior.
