How to Use

❄️ Cold Compress

Fill the bag one-third with water and one-third with ice (or fill two-thirds with ice water). Squeeze out any air, tighten the lid, and apply to the desired area. Recommended application: 15–20 minutes at a time — avoid prolonged use to prevent frostbite. After use, store in a ventilated, dry location with the lid loosened until fully dry, then seal for storage.

🔥 Hot Compress

Fill with warm water below 50°C (do not use boiling water), filling no more than two-thirds of the bag's capacity. Squeeze out the air, seal the lid, and place on the area to be warmed. After use, dry completely before sealing for storage.

Note: Condensation on the outside of the bag when used cold is perfectly normal. Do not use this bag as a traditional hot water bottle with boiling water — doing so may cause leakage and is considered misuse.
