How to Use

3. Select Mode: Press the mode button to cycle through EMS → SLIM → RF → SLIM+RF. Choose the mode that best suits your goals.
4. Massage: Glide the device over the target area using slow, circular or upward motions.
5. Power Off: Long-press the power button for 2 seconds. Wipe clean and store safely.
