• Do not over-inflate the tube when it is not installed inside the outer tire — this can cause irreversible damage.
• Always use a manual hand pump. Do not use high-speed filling equipment such as air compressors.
• Before inflating, turn the valve inward (toward the center of the tire circle). Inflate gently to no more than 0.5 bar / 8 PSI until the tube is round before seating the tire bead.
• Maximum tire pressure must not exceed 5 bar / 72 PSI for rims using a no-ring-lip system per ISO/TC 31.
