⚠️ Important – Please Read Before Use
- Your USB-C charger or power bank MUST output 20V. Phone chargers are not compatible — they don't supply the required voltage.
- Your USB-C charger MUST support Power Delivery (PD) protocol. Standard USB chargers will not work.
- Your USB-C to USB-C cable MUST have a built-in E-Marker chip to handle 100W. Standard cables will not deliver full power.
- Match wattage to your laptop's needs. Using a 65W charger on a 90W+ laptop will result in slow or no charging.
How to find your laptop's charging wattage: Check the sticker on the bottom of your laptop or look at the label on your original power adapter. Not sure? Contact our customer support team — we're happy to help.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Which laptop brands does this USB-C to DC adapter converter support?
A: This 100W USB-C to DC laptop charger converter is compatible with a wide range of popular brands including HP, Dell, Asus, Lenovo, Acer, Samsung, Sony, LG, and Toshiba. Compatibility depends on the DC plug size — please select the barrel tip size that matches your laptop's charging port.
Q: Do I need a special USB-C cable or charger to use this adapter?
A: Yes. Your USB-C charger or power bank must support the Power Delivery (PD) protocol and output at least 20V. Additionally, your USB-C to USB-C cable must have a built-in E-Marker chip to safely carry 100W. Standard USB-C cables without E-Mark chips will not deliver sufficient power for laptop charging.
Q: Can I use a 65W USB-C PD charger to power a 90W laptop with this converter?
A: This is not recommended. If the output wattage of your PD charger is lower than your laptop's requirement, the laptop may charge very slowly or not charge at all. Always match or exceed your laptop's rated wattage for reliable charging performance.
Q: Is this converter safe to use with my laptop?
A: Yes, when used correctly. The built-in PD Trigger E-Mark chip communicates intelligently with your PD charger to regulate voltage and current, providing stable and safe power delivery. Always ensure your charger meets the 20V PD requirement and that the DC plug size is correct for your laptop model.
