3D Printer Maintenance Kit – Rail Lubricant & Bed Glue Stick
Keep your FDM 3D printer running at peak performance with this 2-in-1 Maintenance Kit — pairing a high-adhesion hotbed glue stick with a precision guide rail lubricant oil. Whether you're battling warped first layers or noisy linear rails, this kit has you covered from bed adhesion to smooth, silent motion.
Made in Mainland China.
🖨️ What's in the Kit?
Product 1: 25g High-Adhesion 3D Printer Glue Stick
Tired of prints lifting, warping, or refusing to release cleanly? This water-soluble solid glue stick creates a reliable bond between your filament and heated bed — then releases effortlessly once the bed cools down.
- Strong Bed Adhesion: Keeps edges flat and prevents warping during printing for PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and more.
- Easy Model Release: No scrapers needed — your print simply pops off when the hotbed cools, protecting your build surface.
- Water-Soluble & Easy to Clean: Rinse your PEI sheet or glass bed with warm water, or wipe clean with a damp cloth — zero residue.
- Smooth Application: The 25g solid formula goes on evenly without clumping or build-up.
- Wide Surface Compatibility: Works on glass beds, PEI spring steel plates, PC stickers, and magnetic platforms.
Product 2: 30ml Linear Guide Rail Lubricant Oil
Quiet, smooth motion is the foundation of quality prints. This low-viscosity lubricant oil is formulated specifically for 3D printer linear rails, lead screws, and bearings.
- Precision Needle Dispenser: Includes a metal needle tip and protective cap for targeted, mess-free application — exactly where you need it.
- Reduces Friction & Noise: Eliminates grinding and squeaking on Z-axis rods and X/Y linear rails for whisper-quiet operation.
- Anti-Rust & Wear Protection: Guards MGN9, MGN12 linear rails and T8 lead screws against oxidation and wear, extending the life of your machine.
- Optimal Viscosity: Penetrates deep into bearings without attracting dust like heavy greases do — keeps things clean longer.
🛠️ How to Use
Glue Stick
- Ensure your hotbed is clean and dry.
- Apply an even, thin layer of glue across the printing area before heating the bed.
- Print as normal. After every 3–5 prints, clean the bed with a warm damp cloth.
Guide Rail Lubricant
- Wipe away any old grease or dust from linear rails and lead screws.
- Apply 2–3 drops of oil directly onto the rail or screw thread using the needle tip.
- Move the print head or Z-axis up and down several times to evenly distribute the lubricant.
✅ Compatible Printers

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What surfaces is the 3D printer glue stick compatible with?
A: The glue stick works on a wide range of build surfaces including glass beds, PEI spring steel plates, PC sticker surfaces, and magnetic platforms. It's suitable for common filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU, making it a versatile addition to any FDM printer setup.
Q: How often should I apply the guide rail lubricant oil?
A: For most home and hobbyist printers, applying 2–3 drops of lubricant to your linear rails and lead screws every 1–3 months is sufficient, depending on print volume. If you notice increased noise or resistance in the axes, that's a good sign it's time to re-lubricate.
Q: Will the glue stick leave residue or damage my build plate?
A: No. The formula is water-soluble, so it cleans off easily with warm water or a damp cloth. It will not harm glass, PEI, or other standard build surfaces and leaves no sticky residue when properly cleaned.
Q: Is this lubricant oil safe to use on all 3D printer linear rail types?
A: Yes — the oil is designed for metal-on-metal linear guide systems such as MGN9 and MGN12 rails as well as T8 lead screws. Its low viscosity allows it to penetrate bearings cleanly without attracting debris, making it ideal for precision printer motion systems.
