How to Replace Your Foam Surround

Remove the gasket and carefully rub off the old deteriorated foam.
Apply contact cement (not included) to the cone edge and allow it to become tacky.
Center the new foam surround evenly on the cone before pressing it down.
Squeeze the inside of the surround onto the cone using your thumb on top and index finger underneath — work around the full circumference until it adheres securely.
Apply wood glue (e.g. Elmer's) to the outer basket frame and press the surround down firmly.
Re-glue the gasket over the outer surround edge to finish.

Note: Please allow 1–5mm deviation due to manual measurement.
