Key Features
- Liquid Evaporator Polymer Technology: Penetrates and bonds with the lens surface, eliminating cloudiness and restoring brilliant transparency.
- Tackles Yellowing, Oxidation & Surface Scratches: The chemical polish formula works on common headlamp deterioration to bring lenses back to near-new condition.
- Boosts Visibility & Driving Safety: Clearer headlights mean better light output at night and in poor weather — keeping the road well-lit ahead of you.
- Protective Coating: Leaves a high-transparency, strongly adhesive layer that helps delay future aging and UV degradation.
- Great for New & Existing Lenses: Use it as a restorative treatment on old lenses or as a preventive maintenance coat on newer ones.
- Easy DIY Application: Step-by-step process — sand, mask, apply — no special skills or tools required beyond what's included in the box.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will this headlight restoration kit work on severely yellowed or heavily oxidized lenses?
A: Yes. The kit includes multiple grits of sandpaper to progressively remove deep oxidation and surface scratches, followed by the liquid evaporator polymer repair fluid that fills and seals the lens surface. Heavily degraded headlights may require more thorough sanding before applying the restoration fluid, but the kit is designed to handle a wide range of oxidation levels.
Q: How long does the restored finish last?
A: The polymer coating bonds strongly to the lens surface, providing a durable, high-transparency protective layer. Longevity depends on environmental conditions (UV exposure, climate), but regular maintenance applications can significantly extend headlamp clarity and delay re-oxidation.
Q: Does the kit work on all types of headlight lenses?
A: This kit is designed for polycarbonate (plastic) headlight lenses, which are standard on most modern vehicles. It is not recommended for glass lenses. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first if you are unsure of your lens material.
Q: Is this kit safe to use at home without professional experience?
A: Absolutely. The kit is designed for DIY use and comes with everything needed — sandpaper, masking tape, atomization cup, power cable, and repair fluid. Follow the included steps: mask the surrounding area, sand in sequence, apply the fluid via the atomizer, and allow to cure. No professional tools or skills are required.
