Product Specifications

  • Size: 20 × 20 × 6 cm (7.87 × 7.87 × 2.36 in)
  • Package Includes: 1 × Plastic Antique Wall Brick Mold

Why You'll Love It

  • Wear-Resistant & Durable: Crafted from high-quality polypropylene plastic, this mold is built to withstand repeated use, so you can cast as many bricks as your project demands.
  • 3D Antique Carved Design: The intricate 3D surface pattern produces beautifully textured bricks with an authentic antique aesthetic — perfect for adding character to any garden or outdoor space.
  • Anti-Slip Texture: Finished bricks feature a natural anti-slip surface, making them safe and practical for walkways, trails, and patios.
  • Completely DIY-Friendly: No prior experience needed! Simply mix cement, sand, and water, fill the mold, smooth the surface, and demould after curing.
  • Versatile Applications: Ideal for garden paths, fences, window frames, sidewalks, terraces, picnic areas, and a wide range of outdoor improvement projects.

How to Use

  1. Apply a thin layer of release agent or engine oil to the interior of the mold to assist with demoulding.
  2. Prepare your concrete mix (cement, sand, and water in appropriate proportions) and pour it into the mold.
  3. Place the filled mold on a vibrating platform for approximately 10 seconds, then smooth the surface to minimize air bubbles.
  4. Set the mold in a flat, shaded area to cure — typically 1–2 days in summer, or 2–3 days in winter. Cover with plastic sheeting to prevent cracking and avoid direct sun exposure.
  5. Demoulding: After curing, gently tap the edges with a rubber hammer until the brick releases cleanly. Transfer the finished brick to a cool, shaded area and lightly sprinkle with water 3–8 times during final curing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What type of concrete mix should I use with this plastic brick mold?

A: A standard mix of cement, sand, and water works well. A typical ratio is 1 part cement to 2–3 parts sand, mixed with enough water to form a firm but workable consistency. Avoid making the mix too wet, as this can weaken the finished brick.

Q: How many times can the plastic brick mold be reused?

A: The mold is made from durable polypropylene plastic, making it suitable for repeated use. Applying a release agent or light oil before each pour helps extend the mold's lifespan and ensures clean demoulding every time.

Q: Can I use this brick mold for both walls and garden paths?

A: Absolutely! This mold is highly versatile and can be used to create bricks for garden paths, decorative walls, fences, sidewalks, terraces, and more. The 3D antique carved design adds a distinctive decorative element to any outdoor surface.

Q: How long does it take for the concrete brick to cure inside the mold?

A: Curing time depends on the season — typically 1–2 days in warmer summer conditions and 2–3 days in cooler winter temperatures. Cover the mold with plastic sheeting during curing and keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent surface cracking.
