How to Wear

Wear the trainer during the day in four one-hour sessions, and for approximately four hours while sleeping. During each session, alternate between biting gently for one minute and relaxing for one minute to let the appliance do its work. Always keep the lips gently closed around the trainer during wear. Increased saliva production during initial sessions is completely normal and typically diminishes with extended use.
