How to Use

2. Soften the Tray: Pour 80–90°C water into a flat container. Submerge the tray for 5–7 seconds until soft and pliable, leaving the handle above the waterline.
3. Mold to Your Teeth: Quickly place the softened tray on your teeth and apply the suction method again. Press gently with your finger along the gum line and use your tongue to press the inner surface. Hold for 10–15 seconds.
4. Trim the Tray: Remove and rinse with cool water. Use scissors to trim any excess material along the gum line imprint and cut off the handle.
5. Apply Whitening Gel (Optional): Spread whitening gel evenly (0.5–1mm thickness) on the outer tooth surface of the tray. Pat the inside dry with soft paper first for even coverage.
